In order to keep our gaming family a progressive, welcoming and friendly place, we use a rigorous recruitment process.

Submission Stage
After submission of your application, you will be contacted by a member of our recruitment team to discuss it as well as potentially ask some follow up questions. There are two possible outcomes

Outcome B
If you are unsuccessful. you will receive some written feedback and may be encouraged to apply again in the future as our community needs vary over time.
Informal Interview
The next stage of the process is an informal interview over voice that typically lasts approximately 20 (for social apps) – 50 minutes (for game apps): a microphone is required. There are two possible outcomes;
Outcome A
Your application will be accepted immediately or within 24 hours, you will then receive an unconditional offer to join the community.
Alternatively you may receive a conditional offer to join the community, this may include the option to be an AoC Prospect, which is a trial period to prove your worth more practically and join the roster if successful. The Trial period can last for a maximum of three months before you are set back to Guest.
Outcome B
Your application will be declined, the reasons will be explained either in the voice channel or over a DM. You are welcome to apply again in the future as our needs change over time.”
